Booking Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service and consultation. If you are running late please call and advise the salon of your delay. If you are running excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to re-schedule your appointment. If you need to change your appointment for a later date, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Client No Show Policy
All bookings no matter how big or small, must be secured with a 50% deposit which is charged on a credit card at the time of booking. The deposit is held against the account as a credit. If a cancellation is made with more than 24hrs notice, the deposit is refunded, if the cancellation is made with less than 24 hrs notice, the deposit is forfeited. If a booking is held with a Gift Voucher, 50% of the Gift Voucher is forfeited. In case of a NO-SHOW, the deposit in forfeited. Clients who provide less then 24 hours notice are welcome to send someone in their place.
